Is it possible to add PCH support for intel-linux toolset?

Summary: PCH support for → PCH support for intel-linux

Jorge, we're not planning to add such support in near future (2 month timeframe, say). However, it should not be hard to add such support using gcc as example, for somebody who has convenient access to intel compiler. Patches welcome.
