Description (last modified by )
Need to totally review build process documentation. For example, to say how alternatives are selected, how the set of properties is computed, how usage requirements are computed, that non-free usage requirements are not supported. Also, how virtual-targets/actions are related to rule/action pairs and where flags are applied.
